Main Objective - This collective will give you the knowledge, tools and talking points to help recruit, on-board, train and retain volunteers for your ministry!
Major Topics -

  • Volunteer Recruiting | Learn how to recruit empowered and passionate volunteers.

  • Volunteer On-Boarding | Thorough yet simple on-boarding is essential to setting a volunteer up for success and longevity. Learn the essentials and create the structure to ensure every volunteer feels equipped and valued at every level.

  • Volunteer Retainment | The best way to grow your volunteer team is to retain the volunteers you have! Learn the best volunteer retainment practices that create teams volunteers want to be a part of!  

Duration - 3 Months.
Schedule - Meets monthly via Video Conference (Zoom) for 1.5 Hours. See session information for exact time.
Collective Size - 7 to 12 people.
Expectations - Participants should expect 3 hours of reading/pre-work each month and a 1.5 hour meeting.
